The tanned siren put on three gold necklaces, a gold bracelet and several gold rings from her brand Uncommon James.
In late June the Very Cavallari star started a conversation about her weight and while assuring her fans that she did not have an eating disorder, she did feel that she went underweight.
Kristin told fans last Thursday that she initially wasn’t going to post a bikini backshot, that showed off her impressive derrière, but bravely went ahead with it because she decided she had ‘come along way’ on her journey of achieving a healthy lifestyle.

‘I’ve been sitting on this picture for a few days going back and forth on if I should post or not,’ the Laguna Beach star began her post, adding: ‘Ultimately I decided to bc I’ve come a long way from a few years ago and I’m really proud of the progress I’ve made.’
The mom-of-three also posted two other snaps, explaining: ‘I don’t even recognize the girl in those other 2 photos..and no, I never had an eating disorder..that was purely stress.’

The blonde beauty went on to state that she’s proud of her body and that being a mom shouldn’t prevent her from being ‘comfortable in her skin.’
‘I work out really hard and am dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and I think just because I’m a mom doesn’t mean I can’t be proud of my body and be comfortable in my skin. So, here ya go,’ she wrapped up her caption.
Her 4.4M followers were quick to praise the post, with one writing, ‘Girl you are beautiful and STRONG’ while another one added, ‘You look amazing and your a wonderful mom!’
The post comes after a recent interview with Us Weekly where Cavallari revealed she was ‘happy’ to have put on weight after being ‘shocked’ at how skinny she looked at old photos.
‘My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have. I’m not trying to lose weight,’ she told the outlet, adding, ‘I don’t weigh myself. I can tell how my clothes fit me.’
Kristin went on: ‘I’ve put on a lot of weight in the last few years, but in a good way.’
She also noted that she recently looked at old photos of herself and was ‘shocked at how thin’ she had once been.
‘I didn’t realize it at the time, how thin I was,’ she admitted. ‘So I’m happy that I’ve put on weight.’
The TV veteran previously said that pregnancy changed her outlook on body image and dieting.
In her 2016 autobiography Balancing in Heels, Kristin wrote, ‘Becoming pregnant made me get serious about my health. Before pregnancy, I thought zero-calorie food was good for you and every calorie was equal.
‘Deep down, I knew that my eating habits weren’t truly healthy, but I put a lot of pressure on myself to be thin. I was my own worst critic: I hated the way I looked in certain pictures.
She explained, ‘But when I became pregnant, I knew that everything I did, and especially what I ate, had a direct effect on my baby.’
Kristin explained that during her first pregnancy, she adopted a new approach toward nutrition which involved reading food labels as opposed to counting calories as well as consuming all-natural food.
