Willow Smith Shows Off Her Sculpted Bod In A New Instagram Video

    Willow Smith is truly radiant in her latest post on Instagram. The 21-year-old singer was all smiles (with totally strong arms and legs for days) as she posed by the water in a red bikini. She also shared a few words about staying mentally and emotionally strong through difficult times.

    And Willow’s fans were super supportive and appreciative of her thoughts. “Just the message I needed to see 😌,” wrote one user. “Never stray away ❤️ 🔥 beautifully said,” added another. “Naturally significant 💫,” a third chimed. And I’ve gotta say, the whole video was simply perfection.

    It’s pretty clear that Willow stays super strong and toned, and while she can thank her amazing genes for some of that, she also puts in a lot of work to build her strength.

    For starters, she’s a dedicated yogi. During a 2021 episode of Red Table Talk, Willow revealed that practicing yoga helped improve her mental health and cut back on smoking weed. Here she is crushing a totally intense yoga pose that I can only imagine took hours and hours to perfect:

    “I know this sounds cheesy, but around the time I stopped smoking, I started doing a lot of yoga, and I just excelled because I was putting all of my energy into that,” Willow said in the talk. “I wasn’t doing anything else, and I was like, ‘Wow, what if I was doing this with everything?’ And then it really made me think, ‘What have I been missing? What have I been not putting my all into or not putting all of my brainpower into?’

    She’s also a big fan of weight lifting. In 2018, she did a workout segment with her mother, Jada Pinkett Smithher grandmother, Adrienne Banfield-Norris, and a few of their favorite fitness gurus, including Brittne Babe and Whitney Simmons.

    When Willow’s not hitting the gym, she’s getting in her cardio from high-energy performances. And she keeps things clean in the kitchen, too, eating nutritious meals

    In 2019, her family did medical tests on Red Table Talk (per TooFab), and she was told by Dr. Mark Hyman that she had a leaky gut and sensitivities to gluten, dairy, and eggs. Willow shared that while she found the news frustrating, she often thinks about what she ate. “…I need my carbs, I need my vegetables, and I need my protein. I obsess about it.”
